Kindy
An Early Childhood Teacher provides a Preschool program for eligible children.
Programming is guided by the following Education Department documents:
- Early Years Learning Framework
- Guidelines for Indicators of Preschool Numeracy and Literacy
- Child Protection Curriculum Reflect, Respect, Relate Framework
A Program is provided to families which is complemented by weekly WebEx sessions, a craft and resource box and face to face Kindy Experience Weeks offered once a term.
Families are supported to implement the program within their homes through regular email and phone support.
Ideally children receive one home visit per term from the Preschool Teacher.
